Suggest Remedial Measures For Inflammation Caused By Possible Gout

Myself and my family have issues with inflammation. Call it gout? My mom was put on a very low potassium diet which helps her. What foods should we all be eating and not eating to rid inflammation?? Does high potassium foods cause inflammation (gout). My mom has kidney problems, poly myalgia, thyroid and supposedly gout. I do not want to end up the same so am trying to follow a anti inflammatory diet- but that changes with each book I read. Very frustrating.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the inflammatory condition then underlying cause and site in matter of concern, and that need to be treated in my opinion no need to have any special diet, but pay attention towards the underlying disease that causes inflammation, hope this information helps, take care. (In case of Gout Meat, fish, need to be avoided )
