Suggest Remedies Chronic Hip And Calf At Night

46 yo female experience pain in left hip at night. Pain is severe enough to prevent sleep. No position other than dangling leg off bed provides any relief. Also experience aching on front of left calf. No area is tender to the touch. Pain relievers and/or ice not sufficient to provide relief. Physically active and healthy. Two children, both vaginally delivered 13+ years ago. No other issues or health/medical changes.
