Suggest Remedies For Atenolol Withdrawal Symptoms

I just underwent a successful lithotripsy procedure i.e. fragmentize by shockwave the stone near my kidney. I was taken off my daily 25mg atenolol for the procedure and am now in my 14th atenolol-free day. I felt good, slept better, eat better, overall never felt better, till today when my heartbeat goes up to 116 bpm for an hour or so during noontime and then down to my regular 76 bpm. I was prescribed daily atenolol for palpitation and have not missed a day since 2008. I have low BP since my teen days. I am 70 now. Should I restart my atenolol? i will consult my cardiologist, but would like to hear any views about this. Thank you. Hamzah Singapore

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to your age and the history given here it is advisable to see your cardiologist till then you can have the medicine according to the last dose you have taken it would be much better than to be off the drug, forget about the low Blood pressure because it can not be it self hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
