Suggest Remedies For COPD

I have non small cell lung cancer in upper left lobe, stage 2. I have copd and failed Pulmonary Stress test. I am doing Pulmonary rehab trying to build my lungs up so I might be able to have surgery. I have been told I am high risk because of my lung function. It has been about six weeks and I am very concerned waiting to do surgery instead of starting chemo and radiation increases my chances of it spreading. Is it worth the chance of waiting to have surgery, which may not be possible.

Hi,

The chemo and radio does not spread chances of your cancer in particular small cell cancer stage 2. If the severity of clinical symptoms are not that severe, one can wait for such period of time for the surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
