My son had an incident in the pool today where he fell off a floaty and was trying frantically to get to the wall. I didn t notice him go under. He cried after, no coughing at all. But now as he s sleeping he s real congested. (His sister has a cold) I think im being paranoid ive seen so much talk of secondary drowning on the news it makes me nervous. He has no other symptoms besides the stuffy nose.
