Suggest Remedies For A Clot Behind My Knee

Im 40 years old I have had dvt since 1997 off and on. I went to the emergency room to CHECK for dvt in my left leg I was told its behind my knee to my upper thigh AND to my surprise im 9 weeks pregnant.Ive have been taking strong meds for 3 months so I decided to terminate the pregnacy what can I do to prevent my clot from travling while not taking any meds?
