Suggest Remedies For A Displaced Fracture Of Metacarpal

during a runnig event 4 days ago I managed to fall on my right hand dislocating my ring and index fingers resulting in a slightly displaced fracture of my 3rd metacarpal. A hand specialist suggested not to go ahead with surgery so Im trying to get an idea on recovery time and mobility exercises during rehab. I compete on a national level in triathlon hence my urgency.
