I was attempting the Mens Health Spartacus workout for the first time today and about 3/4ths the way trough the 1st set I felt (and heard) a very sharp pop in my mid thigh when coming up from a squat (w/ a dumbell). It feels like I've lost a bit of my range of motion when walking and it's a dull ache.
