Suggest Remedies For A Dull Ache In The Groin

Hi. Went to the doctors about a month a go with pain in groin just below testicle left hand side no lumps in testicle. Doctor thought I may have over streched or pulled something said to use some cream like Movelat over the past week I have had two sharp pains up my rectum don't know if this is connected? It's like a dull ache and becoming more unpleasant especially when driving. Have you any advice please?
