Suggest Remedies For A Large Bump On My Outer Vagina

I wanted to know how to get rid of a medium size bump on the outter part of my vagina.. its killing me to the point were i cant go out for walks or anything ... now im pretty sure it is a cyst but im not sure , ive been told you jump in the bath and try to squeeze the pus out..and poke it with a needle , ive done that and its too painful a little bit of blood and ooz came out but its still there and still sore .. HELP
