Suggest Remedies For A Large Lump Under The Right Armpit
Hello. 51yo hisp male. 6 2 270lbs (football player like). today I noticed a Lager lump under my right armpit. tender to the touch and visible noticeable when looking or comparing in the mirror. been doing physical work today (not too unusual), hand aches due to excessive use (not unusual). got stung by a wasp on my forearm. hadn t noticed it before...??
A large lump in your right armpit most likely could be due to the wasp stung on your forearm, assuming its the right forearm.
This lump, in that case, is due to infection and is an enlarged lymph node, taking care of the infection caused by the stung.
However please observe this lump for signs such as redness, pain, warmth, increase in swelling, since these clues point towards infection.
If there are no such signs and it is gradually increasing or such lumps are present elsewhere also in the body, they need to be evaluated to rule out other causes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
