Suggest Remedies For A Painful Lump Under The Breast

I have I guess u can say an ulcer or something but idk exactly it starts as a lump but when it pops it has pus nd blood nd a crater is left behind I usually get them in my armpit under my Brest or in the vaginal area I wanna know what they are nd what can I do to treat it?

Ulcer in the armpit and in the vulval region with pus and blood discharge is definitely infectious in nature.
I suggest you consult your surgeon for clinical assessment, incision and drainage of pus followed by antibiotics.
