Suggest Remedies For A Popped Bump In The Ear Of A Child

My 7 year old son had infection in ear and he complained pain ....I thought it was wax that was bothering him and tried to remove it. But the pimple inside broke and started bleeding . it stopped after a min , but is still wet . it s been 3 days now. It s not painful now but still looks wet I side and slight blood also comes when touched. Can I use candibiotic for him

Consent a ENT specialist for proper examination of ear....
Before any doctor's suggestion don't start a any medication....
