Suggest Remedies For A Pus Filled Bump On The Upper Left Cheek

I had a bump on my upper left cheek i squeezed it blood shot out its been over a week i saw my gyn he told me a spider bite n gave me a antibiotic. ..now my butt crack over my whole is raw i have a long raw line what can this be destine n neosporin is not working for it....

Hi,

Take some escalated antibiotic like cefuroxime.
Add some anti-inflammatory like Advil. Continue Neosporin.
Add serratiopeptidase.
If it continues, meet a general surgeon.
