Suggest Remedies For A Red, Itchy And Burning Area On The Arm Post A Bee Sting

I was stung by a bee or wasp at about noon on Tuesday, Nov 22. I never saw what stung me as it is underneath the back of my right upper arm. The site has a large red area with a white center spot. It itches and burns constantly, and has not subsided. I have taken Benadryl about every six hours. It does not appear to be getting better, and I am worried about infection, because I have a knee and ankle replacements in the right knee and left ankle.
