Suggest Remedies For A Red Rash Under The Right Arm Of A Toddler

my three year old grandson has a rash under his right arm as well as some red spots just below it. It looks almost like a raw spot. he has recently had an ear infection and has been running low grade fever for a couple of days now. What should we do about this?

Hello,

Now he is not having a fever or ear infection. Nothing, we don't know the reason only rash over arms so just apply calamine lotion.
