Suggest Remedies For A Small And Sore Lump On The Chest

I have a small lump on my chest under the surface of my skin. A little smaller than the size of a dime. It is growing over the past 3-4 months. It is only sore to the touch. Should I see my regular DR or my dermatologist. I have fair skin and have to see my demo twice a year to zap/freeze small bad spots. I am 61
