Suggest Remedies For A Small Wart Like Spot Inside The Nostril

My son has (what looks like) a small wart or something just inside one of the nostrils. Its like a sort of wart or something. Can he have this removed? because our doctor seemed to want to just leave it . I asked her about private appointments and it was just brushed off thanks

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a nasal polyp. Nasal polyps are soft, painless growths inside the nasal passages. The treatment consists surgery. I suggest to see an ENT specialist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
