Suggest Remedies For A Sore And Hard Lump On The Inner Thigh

Hi Dr, I ve found a hard lump in the middle of my inner thigh and bikini line. I ve shaved my private part twice before and it appeared after my second shaving. This lump has no white head or any holes but on top of it (i guess they are overlapped) is a cyst which i ve already squeezed out the pus. At first I thought that hard lip is pus but I ve stuffed tissue from that cyst s tiny hole but it seems like the cyst and that hard lump is not connected. It was there more than a month but the size remained the same. In addition, after i squeezed out the pus from that cyst there s a visible hole on it and it s empty inside I m afraid that anything can goes it and it will be infected again. When I press on it i feel a little sore. Thanks in advance for your help.
