Suggest Remedies For A Sore Granulation Tissue Over A Hematoma Post A Surgery

Hi! Ive had surgery just recently and have been left with a huge bulge in my stomach drs have put it down to after alot of investigations that it is granulation tissue over a hematoma.. but its not getting any smaller.. and this morning im im the toilet doing a number 2 and every time i push i feel the bulge but i also feel a deep pressure pain in my chest is this normal? Its very very sore and im having a hard time coping :(

Hello,

You can take Ibuprofen for pain. You should give more time to hematoma to be reabsorbed and reorganized. This way it diminishes its symptoms causing less pressure and pain. You may wait at least a week.
