Suggest Remedies For A Sprain In Wrist Followed By Chronic Pain In Arms

i had a sprain in wrist & in shoulder while doing exercise in fever in july 2010.tried everything but now i have tingling pain thruout a day from my left back to shoulder to arms and wrist.I also have same pain in my left knee and calf.xray and check up with doctor shows no major problem.but the pain is persistent and irritating.i stay in hostel for B tech studies.please suggest
