Hello. I currently have a nasty looking sty on the lower eyelid of my eye. It started developing about 4.5 weeks ago and 2 weeks ago it burst with a large amount of puss coming out (I did not cause the burst- I simply woke up one morning to find it had ruptured). I had hoped the burst would result in it then healing however it has not gone away and remains a horrible looking pustule. Should I attend my local doctor for antibiotics or is there another remedy you can suggest? Thank you for your time.
