Suggest Remedies For Abdominal Cramps And Blood Discharge After Mirena Placement
I am on mirena, have been for about 3 years. Recently I have been experiencing bad cramps and tonight I had blood on the toilet paper after wiping. A good amount of it. I only peed. Also sore breasts and abnormal hunger for me. Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

Well come to HCM
If this is the IUD history since couple years and having some symptoms of pain in lower abdomen then it may be due to infection because of IUD it is common condition seen, I would advise to remove it and if found the infection then may requires anti-biotic, it may be inflammatory condition without infection and that can be treated with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, hope this helps.
