hi im priya.. my last mnth periods was on 26th, bt stil my periods is nt came.. its 5 days late.. i take a test fr pregnancy it shws positive.. bt i dont want a baby nw, bcaz i m studyng nw... if my parents and husband came to knw ths thn thy il stop my studies.. so plz hel me to abort it..

Hello,
If you suspect pregnancy and do not wish to retain it, you should see a gynecologist immediately and get the pregnancy confirmed through clinical evaluation, blood test or urine test. If positive, a trans-vaginal sonogram should be done to locate the sac and the age of the pregnancy. After preliminary tests like blood counts and urinalysis, medical abortion is induced. The whole process takes 2-3 days. There is a follow up visit and a follow up sonogram after two weeks to ensure completion of the process. Please use regular contraception in future. Hope this helps.
