Yesterday evening M slept on the road nd i have many scraches on knees its start bleeding i do bandage on it .now i wake up nd i saw my knee is badly swelled nd in the scraches droped a water i dnt knw what s that but its seems like water. Sir what i do..?

This is possible wound infection and you need antibiotic treatment for it so you should see doctor. Also,you should apply antibiotic cream and cover it with sterile compress.
