My girlfriend sea to be having some allergic reaction to my chin beard. I read online it s because of tiny chin hair that remains on my chin after shaving that when rubbing against me when kissing it is like rubbing on sandpaper causing a reaction on skin below her lip

As per your history, it may be due to allergic reactions.

For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally. Take tablet loratidine.

Alternatively you can apply aloe Vera gel.

Along with that kindly watch for symptoms like severe rashes, breathing difficulty, swelling over face...
