Suggest Remedies For An Abrasion On The Ankle

I got a scrape on my ankle while riding on scooters, it was immediately white and the blood began to appear. Now, one day later, my scrape has white in the center and sticks to the bandaid while I change it. It is red inside the scrape around the edges. Is it infected?

It does not look infected from your description. I suggest to clean the wound daily and cover it with an antibiotic cream.
