Suggest Remedies For An Abscess Around The Clitoris
It seems I have developed an abscess next to my clitoris due to a self inflicted scratch. It seems to have already ruptured but is still swollen. I do not have $80 for a copay. Can I treat this myself? This is an area that is rather difficult to keep dry or even pack with gauze.

For this, you need an antibiotic course. Amoxicillin-clavulanic acid and Moxifloxacin should be the choice. Anti-inflammatory agents like Advil can be taken to reduce the swelling. You can clean the area with povidone-iodine. Keep good hygiene.
