I have some meaningless unwanted thoughts about my health and getting disturb without any reason . firstly I tell you that my first sex with stranger was not so good I m so scared nervous after that I fall in depressed that wts wrong with me. I m a boy age 25 good looking healthy .now a days some silly silly thoughts attract my mind I can t stop my relation also suffer work and study also suffer ...I belong to small area here crisis of good counselor. I have a anxiety and it grow day by day. Save me sir. YYYY@YYYY . kindly mail me wht should I do . can you help me sir.

Hello,

The first step in dealing with anxiety disorder such as yours is trying to engage in physical activity, in particular, exercising yoga which is very good for relaxation.

If not enough psychotherapy is the next step.

If still not working or if psychotherapy is not available as you seem to indicate then treatment with an antidepressant (which are also a first-line treatment for anxiety) is advised.
