Suggest Remedies For Arthritic Knee And Joint Pain

I am looking for the best over the counter pills for knee and joint pain . Both for pain and long term rejuvenation and management I have slight arthritis in my knees and have also pulled a a tenon or muscle that connects to one knee in December that is refusing to heal.

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Arthritis means inflammation of joint that is healed with anti inflammatory drugs. NSAIDs are safe and best inflammatory drugs. Over the counter NSAIDs are Advil, Mortin, Aleve. However these should be used with at least two glasses of water and Proton pump inhibitors.
I would like to advise you Quadriceps strengthening excersizes and topical Capsicin cream and occasional use of NSAIDs if pain is severe.
if pain does not respond to one month treatment then go for MRI knee joint to digout other causes.
