Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As you are having knee pain I will advise starting doing exercises which helps improve the muscle strength and increase the reduced knee joint space.

Exercises like - static hamstring, static Quadriceps, ankle toe movements, straight leg raise will help improve the strength in the muscles and also improve the joint space. By this, the pain will come down and won't trouble much again sooner.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
