Suggest Remedies For Bleeding During Pregnancy

hi i am 34 years old, first pregnancy, normally healthy. I had a gush of fuid with a small amount of blood throught it about 3 hours ago. Over the past few hours when i have wiped myself the blood has been more visible looking more like the start of a period. Is there anything i can do to stop this?
