Suggest Remedies For Bloating, Gastritis And Abdominal Cramps

Over the last couple days have been experiencing bloating, feeling of fullness and occasional pain like severe gas cramping. Pain when pressing on my lower abdomen. Bowel movements have been off a bit. Could this just be a case constipation? More stomache rumbling also like being hungry.

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The symptoms you present could be caused by many medical conditions: constipation, indigestion, digestive infections, gastritis.I will suggest you just observe, eat well and balanced with fiber rich diet, drink enough water, take enough fruits except bananas. If any epigastric pains, you may add an anti-secretory like omeprazole and if abdominal cramps serious, an anti-spasmodic like spasfon will be good.
If the problem persist, you see a Doctor for examination.A stool exam will be of importance if persistence of symptoms.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
