Suggest Remedies For Bloating, cramps And Constipation For A Meth Addict

My partner is a crystal meth addict aged 36. His loss of weight and general condition are not good. Recently he complained of a bloated feeling and feeling constipated. On the advice of the family doctor who knows about the addiction, buit is no expert in meth and its side-effects, he took bisacodyl as suppositories and pills. At first nothing shifted, and now there have been two days of stomach cramps and constant diarrhea in watery form that have weakened him and left him feeling very weak and wanting to sleep all the time. I am aware that the best option is to get him into detox, but what should be done in the near-term. he seems quite ill to me and I want to know if there are any dangers that require a visit to Emergency. He has scarcely eaten for two days, but is drinking liquid.

Less meth, more food/fluid. The only withdrawal from meth is .. sleeping a lot. One could go with fluid that has nutrients (ensure, yes, but frankly soups are better because they have fiber/vegetables and this helps bowel motility).
