Suggest Remedies For Body Pain Causing Difficulty In Walking Post An Injury
Earlier, I was playing tennis and I hit a really hard ball that threw me off balance making me come into the air and fall on(or near) my hip on the left side on rough concrete. I easily got up but was hurting and tried to walk it off. It worked for a while but the pain is now back. I did not ice it right away though. What do you recommend that I do? There is no visible bruising and I can walk okay.
Hi Thanks for posting your query on HCM The pain could be due to a hip fracture or just trauma.I will advise you get a pelvic X-ray to exclude a fracture. In the meantime, pain medications like ibuprofen and tramadol if too painful may help you feel batter. You will also need rest so as to recover, massage with some pain balm may help when a fracture is excluded. If any fracture, you see an Orthopedic surgeon for management options Hope my answer will help you Wish you a speedy recovery
