Suggest Remedies For Breast Soreness And Pain On Movement, Post A Fall
I fell 3 days ago and on the way down I kinda felt a pull, ever since my left breast has been very sore and it hurts to get up from a laying down or sitting position, also when I sneeze or hiccup it hurts, is there anything I can do and should I go to a clinic
Here according to history you are having muscular strain problem...
For that take analgesic or antiinflammatory drug like ibuprofen taken for five days... Hot pad can be applied.... Avoid strenous work... Proper sleep posture taken while sleeping... Avoid movement causing pain.... Take rest for few days.....
Your breast palpation and examination also done .... If needed USG done for further work up...
Take care ...
Consult surgeon or physician for your problem...
