Suggest Remedies For Breathlessness And Pain In The Chest

A couple of weeks ago, I took a baseball off of a bat directly to my heart area. Initially, there was a minor breathing issue, along with some pain but seemingly no broken bones. Lately there is no pain but an low irregular aching type of sensation. Can the heart be bruised?

In theory yes. I suggest you see a cardiologist for an echocardiogram and echocardiography.
