Suggest Remedies For Bulky Uterus With Circumscribed Mass, Hypo Echoing Focal Cyst
Hi! Please i very just being diagonal with bulky uterus measuring 84mm in maximum AP-diameter, cavity contains a well circumscribed mass, hypo echoing focal cyst changs. Please what is the way out of this problem? Have had two fibroid surgeries in the past. Thank you

Hi,
The USG findings are not suggestive of fibroid, however, there is a cystic lesion in the uterus. However, bulky uterus needs to be followed up. If age is above 45 years and family is complete then you may opt for hysterectomy after consulting your gynecologist.
