Hello, I have been diagnosed with cellulitis on my left foot a week after being stung be sea urchins. The larger spines were removed right after the incident but smaller shallow spines remained on my foot and my butt cheeks. (It was a bizaare event). iam now on two antibiotics but am feeling itchy everywhere and red with swellings around the spine areas. Was recommended to see an ortho in a week. It seems that as soon as I start walking a little bit the swelling is back on my foot. What should I do about going to work? I also have to travel back to the country of work (just an hour flight). Should I push for rest days to keep my foot elevated till this is over ?
