Suggest Remedies For Chest Pain And Difficulty In Breathing

I have pain in my chest. Have had all tests for heart, lungs, breathing and esophagus. So far everything checks out okay. I especially have a hard time walking up an incline. If I stop for a few minutes it calms down and I can continue. My pulmonologist recommended that I have another test on my esophagus. Any suggestions

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due GERD. A consultation with gastroenterologist and fibrogastroduodenoscopy will be helpful to rule out this. taking combination of proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole and motility enhancers like domperidone will be helpful to clear this.
Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks
