Hello,

I would like to know your age and your gentle. Hypertension and chest pain makes me more concern about myocardial infarction. For HTCZ missed a dose you can take it right away. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dose and do not double doses.

Hypertension causes the coronary arteries serving the heart to slowly become narrowed from a buildup of fat, cholesterol and other substances that together are called plaque. This slow process is known as atherosclerosis. As arteries harden with plaque, blood clots become more likely form. When an artery becomes blocked due to an accumulation of plaque or a blood clot, the flow of blood through the heart muscle is interrupted, starving the muscle of oxygen and nutrients. The damage of death of part of the heart muscle that occurs, as a result, is called a heart attack (myocardial infarction).

How is your chest pain characteristic? any association symptom like shortness of breath, pain with exertion, radiation pain, ....? Typical cardiac chest pain is substernal or, in the anterior chest, with a character of burning or chest heaviness, is precipitated by exertion and relieved by rest. Typical cardiac chest pain radiates to the neck, left shoulder, or left arm, and is associated with shortness of breath and nausea. They are a sign of myocardial infarction. If you have those experience please go to see your doctor as soon as possible. Make sure your blood pressure is good control.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
