Suggest Remedies For Chronic Allergic Cold

i have alargic cold from more then five years an operated too for the same but no relief till now.The opration was held bofore one and an a hour year but the condition is same.I become restless during that alargic cold which is almost daily happend.SOcan u suggest me the solution for this problem

For allergic cold, primary tips are:

- Deep breathing exercises.
- Inhalation of vapors of boiled water added Karvol capsule with blanket over the head.
- Avoidance exposure to cold, moist weather, air conditioners, cooler, shower water directly overhead.
