Since you are suffering from
chronic constipation, stop taking caffeine, alcohol, red meat, dairy products, unripe bananas, gluten-containing food, processed grains, etc.
Keep yourself well hydrated, Take fiber-rich food, take papayas ripe & raw. Take papaya juice, eat fresh fruits & vegetables, take prune, prune juice,, prune smoothie.
You can take laxatives (Bisacodyl-
Dulcolax, Correctol) at bedtime.
