Suggest Remedies For Chronic Hip And Knee Pain

Hello im 19 and for about 2 monthes now i have had very bad (what it feels like ) hip problems and back problems also my legs are really hurting it hurts the most after i have been walking or tiding up or something but the pain is always there is horrible :-( its like a achy pain and sometimes there are sharp pains and i get little pains in my knees too because of it please help x
