Suggest Remedies For Chronic Knee Pain

Hi my knee pain is not going away, when i stand up its ok soon as it bends, with or without pressure something inside clicks or moves?
it almost makes me jolt, sorry hard to explain.
I used to get it now and then but its lasted a few weeks and wondering whether to see a doctor?
