HI..ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO I FELL DOWN CEMENT STEPS AND HAD A BLACK AND BLUE ON MY REAR END FOR WEEKS..OVER THE PAST COUPLE YEARS..THE AREA HAS BECOME INCREASINGLY PAINFUL AND THERE IS STILL A LARGE HARD LUMP THAT HAS ALWAYS REMAINED..WHEN MASSAGED AGGRESSIVELY FOR A LENGTH OF TIME THERE IS SUCH RELIEF..WHAT SHOULD I DO TO HAVE CONSTANT RELief???? please help me..I work on my feet all day and can t stand the pain...pun intended

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have history of injury followed by lump. You may have hematoma formation. You should go for ultrasound study of that area. It give you exact diagnosis. If needed go for drainage of that hematoma. Analgesic and anti inflammatory drugs are helpful. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
