Suggest Remedies For Chronic Pain In Calf Muscle

I(58 years, male, 72 kgs) have been suffering from calf muscle pain (below knee) for last 3/4 years. Got treatment by 5/7 local doctors with no fruitful result. Kindly suggest to whom I should approach for treatment? It will be better if the doctor is of Silchar(Assam) area.
