Suggest Remedies For Concussion And Fatigue Long After A Head Injury

I had a severe blow to the head above my eye in the brow area a year ago. I was told I had a concussion and got several stitches. I am now, a year later, feeling confusion and fatigue. The side of my head feels bruised to touch it with occasional sharp pains behind my ear. I have trouble concentrating and thinking clearly. I would appreciate any advice you have for me. Thanks
