Suggest Remedies For Constipation And Painful Abdominal Sides

Hello, I have side ach pains on both sides, I take Percocet and have bad constipation, the last few days I have to strain to relive myself and yesterday I had side ache pains and today they are severe, I was wondering if it may be from the straining, or possibly kidney stones
