Suggest Remedies For Constipation In An Infant With Hydronephrosis And Reflux

Hello, I have a question about my son. He is 7 months old he suffers from Hydronephrosis with reflux which probably isn t contributing but I thought I should mention. Yesterday he pooped after being constipated for a day and a half and there was a fair amount of blood in his diaper and on the actual stool itself. Today he hasn t pooped again to see if it persists but he was in good spirits all day except in the evening he appeared to be in distress crying and apparent pain. I don t know if its his abdomen or not because he is also teething really bad he has 2 of 4 teeth actually poking through tonight.... He doesn t have a fever but Im concerned

We have to rule out possible causes like congenital hypothyroidism.
